These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RouteAero websites, mobile applications, and delivery, cargo, and rides services (together, the "Services") provided by RouteAero ("RouteAero," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We authenticate sign-ins using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to the mobile number you provide.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and requesting a code, you agree to receive one-time authentication (2FA) text messages from RouteAero. This is the RouteAero account-authentication messaging program.

Program description: transactional one-time passcodes used to verify sign-in and registration. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.
Message frequency: messages are sent only when you request a code; frequency depends on your sign-in activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving authentication texts. You may then be unable to sign in via SMS.
Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at help@routeaero.com.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device availability.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the authentication codes you request and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

4. Orders, Deliveries & Payments

When you place an order, you authorize the fulfillment of that delivery, cargo, or ride request and agree to pay the applicable amounts. Payments are processed by our payment providers; certain orders may be paid on delivery where offered.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteAero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
